For people with relaxed hair, it is recommended that you get your hair trimmed every time you get it relaxed. For
Wanting to add a little color to your hair but have by shocked by the myths? “You can’t color your hair since it’s relaxed,

If you wonder how to get long healthy hair, one of the most important tips is to minimize breakage. Sleep on a silk pillowcase instead of cotton. Know how to comb and brush long natural hair to prevent breakage. In particular, never comb or brush natural hair when it’s wet. You will achieve your hair growth goals if you are both taking steps to minimize hair breakage on dry hair and moisturizing hair regularly (see #2 on this list). Better yet, to maximize natural hair growth, consider leaving hair in a low-manipulation style (see #4).
